Our service this week is led by Revd Dr Richard Cleaves. Richard, as many of you will remember, is Jean Griffin’s son-in-law and Clare’s brother-in-law. He is a Congregational minister in Bridgend, South Wales and amongst other things (ie this is what I found online!) Secretary of the Congregational History Society and a member of the Clergy Correspondence Chess Club. The latter offers options to play your games via an online site, email, phone or post! Although, if you choose post you are advised to start your games straight away in order to complete them by the end of the season!
Richard is the first person to have prepared the entire service and sent it as one complete recording, which saved Mark a lot of time and effort and so we are very grateful. You may notice other family members taking part including Clare’s sisters Felicity and Angela. They have recorded readings, and Clare and John have recorded one of the hymns. Thank you all.
To share in the service you can attend the church at 10:00am. We have put a number of measures in place to make the church Covid secure.
